Susan G. Komen for the Cure® has developed a compelling educational initiative called I AM THE CURE.™. The goal of the I AM THE CURE.™ initiative is to educate everyone touched by the Komen Race for the Cure® series about the importance of a positive breast health program and to empower people to take charge of their own breast health.

I AM THE CURE.™ is Komen's rallying cry, encouraging women to take an active role in their breast health — to become educated about breast cancer and understand that being aware is the first step in that process.
