Join an expected 2,500+ participants and volunteers on May 19th as we come together to fight breast cancer! The Komen Race for the Cure is an emotionally charged and inspiring event you'll want to be a part of. There are many ways to particpate. Our goal is to raise $200,000 for the 2013 Komen Southwest Michigan Race for the Cure. We hope to recruit 200 teams! Teams are the heart and soul of the Race.  Click here to learn more about forming a team.

75% of net funds raised stays local!

Up to 75 percent of the net funds raised at the Race remain here in the Komen Southwest Michigan Affiliate area covering the following counties: Allegan, Berrien, Branch, Calhoun, Cass, Kalmazoo, St. Joseph, and VanBuren to provide breast health education, screening, and treatment services  for uninsured or underinsured women.  The remaining 25 percent goes to fund the Susan G. Komen for the Cure Grants Program for research to find the cures.
