Membership Donation
Your SW MI Affiliate membership donation makes a difference for many men and
women in southwest Michigan who may not have medical coverage or who are under
40 years of age (Most insurance will only cover mammograms for women 40 and
older). We grant moneys to organizations and providers who provide discounted
services for the medically underserved.
Your Affiliate membership donations may be used in SW Michigan for:

One bilateral mammogram for a woman without insurance coverage. |

Purchases a demonstration model used to teach people how to properly identify

for an uninsured patient.
